Born on November 23, 1986 in Kiev.


In 2009, Vladislav Krikliy received a master's degree in finance from the Kiev National University named Taras Shevchenko.

In 2015 he defended his thesis on "Non-State Pension Funds in the Pension System in Ukraine" and received a Ph.D. in Economics.




From 2002 to 2008 he was the head of the securities department at interbank.

From 2008 to 2010. - Worked in the corporate finance department at the investment company Astrum Investment Management.

From 2011 to 2013. - Director of Cinema Theatre LLC.

From 2014 to 2015. - Adviser to Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.

From March to November 2015 - Deputy head of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (engaged in liquidation).

Since November 2015 he has been the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

He headed the working group on the introduction of automatic photo-video-fixing of traffic rules in the Interior Ministry.

He's a member of the People Matter project.

Political activity

In the parliamentary elections in 2019 he was elected MP from the Party servant of the people, No. 12 on the list.

On August 29, 2019, the Parliament approved the new composition of the Cabinet, Vladislav Krikliy was appointed Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

On March 4, 2020, the Parliament voted to resign Alexei Goncharuk as prime minister, which entails the resignation of the entire government. On the same day, the Parliament approved the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers, Vladislav Krikliy was re-appointed Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
