According to the "Suspyno", in late April, the head of Ivano-Frankivsk opened two criminal proceedings: the fact of calling for the forced movement of people and the work of urban markets during the period of quarantine. First may Marcingkiv testified in the police department.
"It's a far-fetched affair. In fact, when we met entrepreneurs, there was no official paper to prohibit the work of the markets. I said this. Then there was only a speech of the Chief sanitary Doctor on television, but the official decision was then not brought by the city Council, "-says the head of the town after questioning.

As it was reported, the authorities Cherkasy in connection with many businessmen's appeals from May 1 softens quarantine for a part of entrepreneurs of the city. The city will allow to work non-food stores, repair workshops, hairdressers, markets and summer grounds restaurants.

Health Secretary Stepanov said the decision of the city council Cherkasy could lead to disaster.
Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov called on Bondarenko to "stop risking life and health of people for political games" and promised that the reaction would be tough.
