567 Mobile brigades of medical workers have been created in Ukraine. They will travel home to people with suspected coronating illness, but only the most severe.

"Ministry of Health of Ukraine has updated algorithms for outpatient-polyclinic assistance to patients with suspected COVID-19.
According to these algorithms, patients with mild disease who are not at risk of complications, as well as recovering patients and no longer require cìlodobovogo supervision of doctors, it is recommended to be treated with an outpatient basis, that is, at home, "noted Ministry.
At the same time, doctors should ensure constant monitoring of the current condition of the patient and his contacts by phone and/or can make field consultations in compliance with the rules of infection control. Medical workers who provide medical care at their place of residence and patient's contacts must use personal protective equipment.
The Ministry of Health also stressed the strict prohibition of ambulatory care if the patient is at risk for complications or has symptoms that characterize the intermediate-severe and severe course.
The following symptoms include choking; shortness of breath; Increased respiratory rate more than physiological norm; Haemoptysis Gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea); Mental status changes (confusion, retardation).
The brigades to travel to the patient will collect samples and then transfer them to virological laboratories.
