A former militiaman from Vinnitsa region will answer the court for proprietary negligence through suicide of his subordinate in his office. He left the gun unattended, and his colleague took him and shot him
"The court sent the indictment against the former deputy head of the investigative department of one of the district departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnitsa region",-indicated in the SBI, reports "UNN".
The law guard is accused of an official negligence that caused severe consequences and careless storage of firearms (H. 2 tbsp. 367 and art. 264 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The investigation found that on May 19, 2010, the deputy head of the investigative department left unattended pistol in his work office. At this time his subordinates – the investigator of the department used the weapons left by the head for committing suicide.
