This was discussed during the online meeting of the Working Group on the issues of preventing and combating domestic violence and gender-based violence as part of police, as well as local self-government bodies dealing with this issue, representatives of Amalgamated Hromadas and District administrations of the region.
Meeting held today, 22 April, at the initiative of the police region, on the basis of the Odessa Regional State Administration.
Participants discussed how to counteract domestic violence in the conditions imposed by the Government of quarantine-restrictive measures.
In order to provide citizens who become injured in such offenses and quality assistance provided by applicable law, the services have decided to issue issues that arise at each of the stages of responding to the facts of domestic violence in connection with quarantine restrictions. Each of the participants presented their plan of action, in the near future it will be coordinated and introduced into the work.
